Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Capture 360 mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

You may use Capture 360 solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Record, generate, or distribute video material that infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code from any portion of the App.
• Interfere with, compromise the system integrity of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App services.
• Use the App to distribute harmful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or offensive media.

When you create an account using Google Sign-In or Guest Access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

Capture 360 provides flexible access tiers (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) tailored for event hosts and operators:

• Non-Renewing Access Passes: Grants unlimited access for the purchased fixed duration (1 Day / 24 Hours, 7 Days, or 30 Days). These passes do NOT automatically renew and will never charge you unexpectedly after the period expires.
• In-App Purchases Processing: All in-app purchase payments are securely processed by Apple via the Apple App Store or Google via the Google Play Store. We do not store or process your payment card numbers.
• Restoring Purchases: If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can restore active passes using the "Restore Purchases" button in the Passes screen.
• Refunds: Refund policies are governed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To request a refund, please follow the respective platform's standard refund procedures.

You retain 100% full ownership and all rights to all videos, media overlays, audios, and branding assets you create or import into Capture 360.

The Capture 360 name, logo, application design, user interface, software code, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of the developers and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Capture 360 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will operate without interruption, be entirely error-free, or be compatible with every camera accessory or mobile hardware configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall the creators of Capture 360 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits, event footage, or device malfunction resulting from your use of the application.

You may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from within the App by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and immediately purges your cloud profile and event configurations from our servers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically. If revisions are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Capture 360 after modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
